Back when I was younger, my mom always told me to eat veggies to sharpen my mind and it was not a great idea for me back then, actually it was kinda challenging because I’m not fond of veggies and that pork, chicken and fish are what I love to eat. And now that I am a full grown woman, I realized that my mom is right because veggies are necessary food not only to our health but also to our brain health.
